Remember back a few months ago, when the Canadian Radio-television Telecommunications Commission demanded that Rogers find a way to [hide]stop the admitted throttling of World of Warcraft data[/hide] because it appeared to be peer-to-peer traffic? Well, the Canadian government wants a plan by Tuesday. More on that in a bit.
